These images are created using a digital camera with a macro lens. I prefer a shallow focus rendering for my visual wanderings among these plants, which allows me to experience their shape, color and presence and feel the spacial environment that they occupy. I am drawn to the spirit of this mediterranean life. Mine is not a documentary view.

The prints I create from these captures use the Giclée process. Which simply means, archival inks and 100% cotton rag paper, ensuring quality and longevity and is of the highest standard available for digital printing.

This work has also been rendered for large scale installations and on translucent panels, which use the images in a more architectural manner as fixtures.

There are many ways to use this artwork. Whether it’s a traditionally framed print, a mural-sized piece printed on billboard material or a decorative facing for a cabinet, I’m always open to new ideas and willing to explore the possibilities with you.

Images are available as single images or in sets and combinations. Prints are available in a range of sizes, up to 40 x 60 inches for individual images and 40 x 187 inches for triptychs.
